Please call to schedule a private session if you are interested in learning to breathe correctly. Private sessions include counseling, healing body work and focused breathing techniques. All the topics listed below are included in private lessons.

Discover through breath pattern analysis how your breathing dictates how you live your life. Breathing Fully helps you

The workshops focus on all levels of breathing. I will cater to the groups needs as well as each individual’s advancement with their own process. There is much to learn from each other. All are welcome.

You will leave with many tools to facilitate your own breathing sessions.

We will categorize the respiratory system into sections and learn how to utilize the voluntary skill of directed breathing. No matter what your level of health, you can train your body to breathe better.

There will be a short talk, time for Q & A and you will create individual intentions. Then you will have a breathing experience you won't forget.

Intro Workshops

In these workshops we will incorporate alignment, body movement, learn how to increase energy with a few quick exercises using breath and use sound to move and influence the body's vibration for health and wellness.

Introductory workshops and Intermediate-Advanced workshops

Introductory Breath Workshops

These include an in depth understanding of breath work and the science behind proper breathing habits. We discuss the impact breathing correctly has on every level of body, mind, and spirit (i.e., health, emotions, and personal spirituality).

With this knowledge you learn to use breathing as a powerful tool for managing stress, emotions and your body’s chemical responses to everyday life. Breathing is the most effective and immediate way to increase your energy, vitality, and joy.

Intermediate-Advanced Workshops

These workshops are for those who have attended one or more intro workshops or private sessions.

We breathe into more areas within the body using stretching, movement, sound, and learn quick energizing breath techniques. As you increase awareness, you add to your arsenal of breathing tools as well as learn how to manage your own energy.

Both workshops are invigorating, illuminating and fun. (You may copy this to a word processing page and print it out for yourself or pass out to friends to promote a workshop of your own.)

Classes fill fast as I limit the number of participants so that each person experiences personal hands on work with me.
