Anna combines a decade of experience as a certified fitness instructor and her extensive education in metaphysics into what she calls the Whole-Body Breathing™ method, an innovative and practical breathing technique. By maximizing everyday breathing, using her simple method to help you attune mind, body and spirit, you can learn to help yourself reduce stress, manage emotions, overcome illness & depression, decrease chronic pain, increase energy levels, and enhance vitality and well being.

With Anna, we hope to bring more joy into the lives of children of all ages. Through Wisdom Quest, her “Breathing Tips,” and future articles in our newsletters, you will receive the reward of Anna’s knowledge.

We are happy to have Anna join us and to add her Whole-Body Breathing™ Series; a simple step-by-step program of four voice-guided breathing sessions set to relaxing music on CDs. The series includes her book, “Breathe for the Health of It” which details the science, biology and spirituality of breath.

As you are guided on a journey inward, you will learn how to breathe correctly. By placing your hands over specific areas of your body, you will learn to expand in the four main sections of your respiratory system. You’ll also learn to use intention, visualization and imagery to retrain your body to breathe fully all day everyday.
