Her extensive education in the fields of breath work, psychology, philosophy, metaphysics, yoga, meditation and nutrition, combined with a decade of experience as a certified fitness instructor have provided the basis for Anna’s innovative and practical breathing techniques. Anna’s early adult years and chronic health challenges led her to the key components of real healing, creating inner peace and sustaining healthy attitudes regardless of ones life circumstances. She helps people understand how breathing patterns influence emotions and how feelings associated with negative memories will create poor breathing habits. These restricted and unnatural breathing habits can be directly linked to compromises in optimal health. Anna’s techniques provide easy ways for individuals to maximize breath and use the simple act of breathing to reduce stress, overcome illness and depression, manage chronic pain, increase the body's natural energy reserves and realize a ready source of personal well being. This is the basis for her integrative approach to Cognitive Emotional Re-Association using breath as the tool for creating real changes in ones life. Working closely with medical doctors and alternative specialists, Anna provides clients with an integrative approach to healing by attuning mind, body and spirit. As a featured guest on radio and television and through personal coaching, lectures, seminars and workshops in the fields of health and personal development Anna brings the Whole-Body Breathing Method to an ever-widening cross section of the population looking for a personal and easy-to-do solution that really works. Anna has taught the Whole-Body Breathing Method to people from all walks of life including physical and mentally disabled children and adults and prison inmates. She conducts private sessions and group workshops in Boulder, Colorado and Los Angeles, California. Anna composes and records music which accompanies her guided breathing CDs and cassettes called The Whole-Body Breathing Series. This series also includes Breathe for the Health of It, Anna's book, which describes the power of breath including the science, biology and spirituality of breathing.
