Breathe Right

Nine out of ten people do not breathe right and use less than 1/3 of their true lung capacity. When you are breathing better, your life changes dramatically.

During each day you inhale and exhale between 15,000 and 26,000 times. Within your lifetime you will take about 600 million breaths.

21% of your inhaled air is oxygen which supplies your body with the vital life energy you need to function.

Breathing Tests:

breathing torsoThese all are signs of improper breathing habits, which can be changed easily and instantaneously. If you know how to breathe correctly utilizing all the space between your tailbone and sinuses, you access the major chemical response mechanisms stimulating the neurotransmitters that help you feel peaceful and calm. The rhythmic movement of the diaphragm and abdominal muscles helps stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and change the biochemistry of the body/mind system.

You can easily retrain your body to breathe fully. With one breath you can counter balance the effects of stress, feel healthier, clear your mind, increase your energy, stay relaxed and break old habits that keep you from being your best.
